How it works The pallet changing operation take place through the transfer of the product from one pallet to another. The pallet changing operation is completely automatic and begins with the product being conveyed into the “Side Pusher.” Once inside the machine the platform pushes the product from one pallet to another. There’s an extendable blade that positions itself on the empty pallet, ensuring that it doesn’t interfere with the destination pallet when the product is transferred. Once the product is on the new pallet, the extendable blade retracts, and the load automatically exits the “Side Pusher” with the new pallet underneath it. The system is equipped with automatic pallet magazines. The system is designed to perform the load transfer cycle of pallets placed under the load (already palletized ) by pushing the load from the origin pallet to the destination wooden pallet. There will be NO slip sheet under the load to interfere with the pallet changing operation. The entire load is conveyed into the Side Pusher for exchanging the inbound pallets with the outbound pallets.
