TORAYCA™ Pellet is a carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) specially designed for injection molding. It is light weight with excellent strength, stiffness, dimensional accuracy and sliding properties. A number of base resins (PP, PC, ABS, Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Nylon 610, PBT and PPS) are available, so it can be used for various applications including automotive, electric home appliances, sliding parts and sports. Long-carbon-fiber Pellet is a carbon-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) containing fibers the same length as the pellet. It has excellent tensile strength, impact resistance and electrical conductivity compared to a short carbon fiber pellet. A number of base resins (PP, ABS, Nylon 6, Nylon 610 and PPS) are available, so it is ideal for various applications including automotive, electric home appliances and sports.
