DC motor motor driver TC78H651AFNG

The TC78H651AFNG is a dual bridge driver IC for DC motors/Stepping motors which incorporates DMOS with low ON resistance in output transistors. Forward, reverse, or stop mode can be selected. Over current detection, thermal shutdown, and under voltage lockout functions are implemented.
