The framework is manoeuvred over the load using four hydraulic cylinders operated by a dual lever externally mounted control valve, a spring retractable rollerbar mounted between the frame arms carries the sheet to the rear of the container laying it safely over the load avoiding any catch points and collecting it during the uncovering process.
