Applications Hydraulic discharge of corrosive, slightly aggressive products such as acids and alkalis (see chemical resistant chart). Advantages Excellent resistance to corrosion. Low installation costs. Very good cover resistance to accidental splashing of chemicals. Can be steam cleaned 15 minutes at + 130 °C. Damping of vibration, noise and pressure surges. Many types of fittings can be used with cuff ends. Hose can be made to length with integrated (vulcanized) END-FLEX® flanges. Overview Inner tube Cover weather resistant EPDM, black, fabric impression Electrical properties conductive tube, R<1MOhm/m (on request, built-in conductive wire). Couplings/Fittings Standard steel END-FLEX® flanges available with PN10/16/20 (ASA150) drilling. Other material/drilling upon request.
