The Trenz Electronic TEF1001-02-D2CX4-A is a PCIe FMC Carrier integrating a Xilinx Kintex-7 325T FPGA, 32 MByte SPI Flash, a 4 lane PCIe and a DDR3 SODIMM with ECC Socket. It can also be equipped with Kintex-7 160T or 410T, please ask for minimum quantities. All parts are at least commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution. Please contact us for options.
