Trepko’s 20 Series of semi-automatic filling and closing machines are generally used for pre-formed containers. The equipment has automatic and pneumatically controlled components, including lid placement, heat-sealing or plastic snap-on lid closing. It also has a heat-sealing terminal that permits immediate changeover functions. The 20 Series is capable of an range of manual operations. This includes container induction in the tables pocket, turntable movement capabilities, and sealed container stockpiling. Trepko’s 20 Series can be integrated with an automatic product doser, resulting in an output between 10-15 cycles/min, (depending on customer’s requirements; also varies on the skills of the user). Different machine sizes are offered for differing container sizes. Spare parts of the 20 Series are also available for extra container sizes.
