The overlaying blanks magazine is engineered to provide efficient performances in applications. The magazine is angularly designed and structured from aluminum. It can accommodate 165pcs of B-flute blanks that are 3mm each. The magazine is equipped with a specialized separator that allows only one blank to be pulled down at a time. The magazine is refilled at an accessible chest-high level. Refilling can take place while the machine is in operation. Blanks are handled with the utmost care and delicacy. This is enabled by tight control over acceleration and deceleration, the highlight of the machine. A safety clutch, installed in the driving device, is connected to a light-equipped alarm indicator to signal error/trouble. Angular packaging is enabled by an ultra-efficient folding system with definite end points. The entire course of action is completely visible from one level, enabling optimum monitoring, maintenance and format changes at the right instances. A Nordson ProBlue hot melt and control unit are installed sideways and vertically for convenient reach. A functional guard is SS-fabricated and CE-compliant.
