Description

The universal frame solution The LiftMaster Linear automatically loads and unloads sheets, via its linear axis, to as many as three machines on a maximum of six tool stations. At the tool stations you have the option of integrating cart systems, machines, loading stations, or unloading platforms. The versatile LiftMaster Linear can, therefore, take on almost any application. The Sort or Scrap Skeleton Separation upgrades offer an additional productivity boost. They separate finished parts from the scrap skeleton. Large dimensions The maximum sheet size is 6 m x 2 m. Layout flexibility If you wish, you can integrate up to three machines or a store – in many installation versions. Fully automated with optional SortMaster In conjunction with the SortMaster, the LiftMaster Linear evolves into a fully automated processing cell that offers total process reliability. Increased productivity thanks to scrap skeleton separation Produce in a single stroke and at under a minute per sheet.
