Plates are perforated with numerous drainage holes that effectively remove excess lubricant and water remaining on plate surface. Sprocket can be standardized with plastic top chains (TTUP, TPU type) for sideflexing running. Features ・Uses a comb-toothed plates which minimize the gap between front and rear links. Suitable for conveying unstable containers such as PET bottles and dessert cups. ・Improved flatness of top plate surface. Effective in preventing wobbling and toppling of containers. ・Multiple holes placed on the plate. Useful for removing excess lubricant and water remaining on the top of plates. ・The basic dimensions are same as TPS type, and stable conveyance of containers is possible by simply replacing the chain. ・TPH-P type (plastic pin type) is made of all engineering plastic, making it lightweight and easy to install and replace. Under water lubrication, longer service life can be expected than stainless steel pin type.
