Description

With a smaller pitch than Plastic Top chain, a sprocket outer diameter can be reduced, which is effective in saving space in the transfer area. Protects the conveyed products and suppresses scratches of the product caused by sliding. It is hygienic without rust. Self-lubricating characteristics of plastic allow it to be used without lubrication, making it ideal for environment that dislikes oil. Also suitable for conveying small items and pallets. Plastic pin type is lightweight, easy to install and replace, and longer life can be expected than stainless steel pin types under water lubrication. Notes 1.Can use RS sprockets (with 14 or more teeth). 2.Please contact us as a special sprocket is required when using at -20 ℃ or below. ・Changed the shape of link top surface Eliminated thin-walled part that may crack or deform, and unified with RSP35 and RSP50 which have a shape that does not easily chip. ・Changed the joint pin from knurled pin to D-pin Reduces damage to the connecting area (pin hole) and prevents problems with pins falling out. Notes 1.Upgraded models cannot be connected to conventional types. 2.When replacing, be sure to replace the chain as one unit.
