Ideal for layouts with longer conveying distances thanks to greater allowable load than Plastic Block chains Plastic is used for the cover that comes into contact with conveyed objects, preventing them from being scratched. Six different chain pitches are available. Can be used for a variety of applications. Can be used for a variety of applications. Base chain specifications/Snap cover specifications Consists of a steel base chain and plastic snap covers. When selecting a product, select the specification of base chain and snap cover. ・Base chain specifications Standard Series ： Base chain is made of steel and main dimensions are the same as standard roller chain, however the shape of pin ends is different. Note that the strength is lower than RS roller chain. NP Series (Ni plating )： Base chain is nickel-plated to standard series. Nickel plating makes for a better appearance, and is hard to rust. LMCNP Series (Lambda )： By using a special oil-impregnated bush that uses NSF H1 compatible oil for nickel-plated base chain, it can be used without lubrication (Lambda) and with a long service life.
