Description

Max. allowable load is 40% higher than RS Roller Chain Three basic dimensions are the same as RS Roller Chain, and the smaller plate waist gives the chain a 40% higher maximum allowable. Suitable for situations where RS Roller Chain would suffer fatigue failure, and also one size down is possible from RS Roller Chain. ※Three basic dimensions = Pitch 、Roller dia. 、Inner link inner width Features and Applications ・Greater kW ratings and shock absorption Compared to RS Roller Chain, enabling the use of a chain 1 size smaller. Fatigue strength is 40% higher than RS Roller Chain. Ideal for steel facilities, automotive manufacturing facilities, environmental devices, agricultural machinery, etc. Notes ・Super Roller Chains are designed for low to medium speed transmission. In high speed applications that are not described in the kilowatt ratings table of Super Roller Chain, RS Roller Chain should be used. When selecting sprocket specifications It is necessary to select a sprocket specification that corresponds to the customer's operating environment and the chain specification used. Please use TOUGH TOOTH sprockets for Super chain. Standard steel (hardened teeth) can also be used for both single and multi-strand. Click here for the chain/sprocket compatibility table.
