Cellular GPRS (general packet radio service) is a global communications network used primarily by cellular devices such as cell phones and mobile tablets. It can be a very cost-effective way to install a web-based Tucor control system.
Because the network is pre-existing, Tucor’s controllers only require a minimal monthly GPRS network service fee.
Tucor’s controllers transmit data to nearby cell towers, and Tucor’s Cycle Manager software sends data to our server, which then transfers data back down to the controllers.
