Fully Automatic Packaging Machine The automatic vacuum system, which is placed in the cartons from the automatic carton making machine, places the cups in the carton. There are 2 servo motors in the robot section. The driver and plc operator display are used. Through the screen all commands are monitored. Servo motor makes filling very fast. In addition, the robot acts as an aesthetic and suspension. In this way, the robot does what it does without moving back and forth. By reducing the number of elements, our system that addresses every sector is patented. The machine in the picture consists of 3 main parts. Section 1 automatically makes the box itself. In Section 2, it automatically fills the robot inside. Section 3 automatically packing the box makes the package.
