Designed and manufactured utilizing the most accurate and current ergonomic and sanitation criteria, the Turatti sorting table meets all requirements. The system includes a combination of belt and roller conveyors to allow a wide range of flexibility in addition to careful design for maximum utilization of your production space. This system considerably reduces the required product’s trimming area and the containers’ handling one. The working area for each operator was designed for the highest production in the shortest time. Each operator is positioned in front of a blue – colored PVC cutting board, with an easily accessible waste discharge. The operators have full access to the product for sorting, coring, or other operations as required. Transport of raw materials and processed product to and from the workstations is done in containers (totes) or by incorporating a patented roller conveyor.Our preparation tables can be easily and promptly manufactured to our customers’ requirements.
