The Turatti de-stalker replicates the care of the traditional techniques leaving the grain of the grapes intact and perfect while removing them from the stalk. Inside the destalker, there is a spinning cylindrical device, holding various inner plates that attract the stalk and pull them away from the grape, leaving the grains in perfect condition.
