This type of pasteurizer is used for high viscosity products. Generally product is pulpy. Pipe structure is design to ensure product be in turbulance for more comfortable heat transfer. Pipe packages are set in four sections as in plate pasteurizers: 2 x regeneration, 1 x heatingand 1 x cooling. Holder of the machine and other units are mounted on chasis for ease of use. Pumps are chosed compitable with product. Exchanger for heating water is tubular type. Control is ensured from single touch screen panel. Software is created to be in ultimate compatibility with machine.
