Wireless, portable, “smart” laser line triangulation sensor for Gap & Flush measurement. Designed for the production line quality control operator. What it measures: Gap – distance between two adjacent parts Flush – step existing between the two parts Application sectors: Automotive – G3F can be used by operators at the end of the assembly line to measure the gap and flush between different parts of the bodywork. Home Appliance – G3F can be used by operators to measure the gap and flush between the front panel and the oven door. Aeronautical – G3F can be used by operators to verify the correct insertion of the connecting parts.
