Device enables multipurpose usage. It works in 3 different modes namely, direct ultrasonic, cooperative mode and opening microwave. Microwave power ranges between 10W-800W which is adjustable. Microwave frequency is 2450MHz. Ultrasonic power/frequency is 50W/40KHz. Microwave action mode facilitates non-burst microwave heating continuously. Ultrasonic action mode directly connects small power ultrasonic transducer to the reactor with benefits like close to 100% efficiency in acoustic vibration or energy and low noise. Microwave power control mode enables temperature control, time control & consistent power control. Non-contact measurement of temperature in the range between room temperature to 120℃(±1℃). Reactor monitor facilitates real time video and sample reaction state by a 4inch LCD. The standard reactor volume is 100mL, 250mL and 500mL. Other reactor volumes can be supplied according to user needs. The power source is 220V±10%, 50Hz and input power is 1360W. The volume of the furnace chamber is 27L and exterior size is 430mm*512mm*510mm.
