X Type Shredders are designed for shredding post-industrial, post-consumer and agricultural plastic scraps. X Type Shredders has the biggest rotor diameter, longest rotor length and biggest rotating blades (80*80 mm). They are used for size reduction of plastic waste such as pipes, lumps, crates, bumpers, film rolls, film bales, woven bags and also cardboard, paper, textile, wooden scrap. As per its operation principle Shredder is not affected by thickness, hardness, and density of scrap to be shred. Scrap to be shred is pushed onto the rotor by hydraulic powered pusher. By pushing the scrap onto the rotating blades increase the throughput. Inclined shredding chamber and swing type ram are designed especially for shredding scrap with low bulk density. Pushing interval, pushing type, and rotor speed are controlled by intelligent software and PLC system. Parameters to be used should be chosen from one of 3 pre-set receipts according to the scrap to be shred. Receipt parameters can be tailored according to type of scrap. Shredder rotors have cooling channels to be cooled by chilled water for protecting material from overheating during shredding. Rotors are protected by hard surface welding or Hardox armour against abrasive effects. Rotating and fixed blades are suitable for multi side using and are made of special alloy steel. Blade size, blade type and rotating blade amount is chosen according to scrap to be shred. Rotating blades are fixed on the rotor by blade holders to prevent damage on rotor surface.
