Sink Float Tanks are used in washing lines for seperating plastics from heavy contaminants. The sink Float Tank model is selected according to the type and capacity of the plastic to be processed. Floating plastics are pushed forward by paddles, heavy plastics, and contamination such as dust, soil, stone, sludge, and metals are sunk to the bottom discharge valves. The valves are activated automatically, the contamination replaces to discharge area. Screw conveyors are used that allow contamination to be discharged from sink float tank automatically. Our Sink Float Tanks are designed with the principle of maximum cleaning and minimum waste. Sink Float Tanks are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or Carbon Steel material. Sink Float Tanks include the operator platform and platform ladder as standard. Covers for Sink Float Tanks are offered as an option.
