MOBILE CRUSHER SCREENING PLANT Temporary quarries installed in project works such as dam, road construction may need to be moved to a different site at the end of the project. This led to the need to develop mobile plant concepts. Since mobile groups can be transported more easily than fixed facilities, they significantly reduce the cost of transportation. Also, thanks to its ease of transportation, it provides a serious advantage in start-up in a short time. From this point of view, we have developed the MKE series closed circuit mobile unit consisting of UMG06 rock feeder and bunker, CDK1312 Primary Impact Crusher, 3-Deck UME2050 Vibrating Screen and belt conveyors. It can be fixed to the ground easily with steel legs with hydraulic power unit. Belt conveyors that are folded during transportation are opened and are ready for operation. MKE mobile crushing plant will be than ready to operate after these stages. It is easily transported with a single truck. Its installation is completed and put into operation in a very short time. Can be easily fed by truck, loader or excavator.
