Material: 100% Stainless Steel The EMS300TD drum tilter is a multifunctional and 100% sanitizable equipment that allows the handling of drums (metallic, plastic or cardboard) of different shapes and dimensions in the production clean rooms for the discharge of fluids or powders. It is still common to see operators turn overhead drums on the forks of a stacker with the consequent risks for the operators who are handling them, who can sometimes even be on the same forks. The EMS300TD model allows a safe handling of drums both in the lifting and in the lashing and turning of the drums. We have available the manual and electric version, both in the clamping system and in the drum turning system. In addition, depending on the working environment and the application, there are solutions for frontal or lateral turning. HYGIENIC DESIGN The totally open chassis, the continuous welding, the protected braided lifting cable and its tubular structure make possible to clean the equipment daily without affecting its performance, avoiding all kinds of oxidation due to the composition of the equipment with stainless, plastic and polymer material.
