Description
The S and SS series is a three-phase induction electric motors for submersible pumps drive manufactured by UME B. It is modified to fit requirements for driving the submersible pumps mounted in deep wells and pumping clean water. The S-type can be used in wells with a minimum of 200 mm or 8 inch diameter wide. In another hand the ASS types can be used in 250 mm or 10 inch diameter wells. This series can only be operated vertically where the motor is placed beneath and the pumps is located on top of it. The S and SS types are available with one or two supply cables 3 m long but a cable up to 100 meters can be available upon request.
