The X3-g is a light self-propelled road-rail vehicle engineered by UNAC. It is designed for handling loads in improving worksite logistics, suitable for track works including railway components and work machines.
The vehicle features a highway trailer for road trips between workshop and worksite. It can be unloaded, and moved to the track in all-terrain mode. Wheels with a center-to-center distance are included, which stops the system whenever on the track. The wheels are lined up on the rails and are lowered on, which makes setting on tracks easy.
The X3-g travels on tracks with a maximum speed of 18km/h, with its crane completely brought in. Furthermore, the vehicle has a maximum lifting capacity of 740 kg, at a height up to 3 m from the center of the track.
