Description The V1688 is a double lane skinning machine that is designed to process small and medium size fillets from various white fish types. The skinning machine is made for the purpose of leaving as much silver on the fillet as possible. The machine has two pressing rollers that makes it possible to process two fillets at the same time. The V1688 can be provided with one pressing roller. Hereby it can be used as a single lane skinning machine. ADVANTAGES - Can be used both as a single and a double lane machine. - The skinning thickness can easily be adjusted. - Can leave as much silver on the fillets as possible. - Easy to operate. - Easy to clean.
