This unit is designed to the water pre-cleaning during: washing, peeling, cleaning fruits and vegetables in the production process. Cleaning process is taking place on the rotating drum sieve – with hole size Φ (2-3)mm, in which is mounted the screw shaped band . During sieve rotation water is leaking through the holes however the impurities are crowding outside. On the outside of the rotating drum we mounted the brush and the sprinkle nozzles for cleaning holes in the filtering sieve. The pomp is situated under the container and transfers water from the filter to further process unit. On the picture you can see the unit with the capacity: 10m3/h. Installed power N=1, 3 kW.
