for frozen fruit

Unit is used to automatic weighing frozen fruits and vegetables in the boxes, oktobins and packages which weights from 300 to 1800 kg. Unit builds from: • Roller conveyor x 2 – bufor before weighting • Roller conveyor x 1 - tensometric weight • Elevator which is filling up the boxes with the product – type Z ( slotted belt) • Roller conveyor x 2 – bufor after weighing • Control panel – it is controlling of work on five Roller conveyor and elevator. Communication with service by touch panel. The package is putted on the roller conveyor and then pushed forward in weight direction. The boxes are also positioning using optical sensors. When the box will appear on the weigh elevator is turning on and it is filling up box with the product. When the elevator is done it is turning of and the box with product moves forward to further roller conveyor.
