Unit used to de-stalking of frozen: berries, currants, lilac elder, etc. Frozen and shredded fruits are poured into the basket with the sieve (option with finger shredder). Fruits are passing to the de-stalking zone with the mixing-moving screw. Sieves with proper whole shape – depends on the fruit type. The leftovers are passing through the sieve holes and falling down to basket/gutter situated along de-stalking system. Clean product is transported to the sack (option with sack grip). Along the sieves are installed the covers protecting from losing the temperature. Covers and sieves are disassemble. Unit is easy to clean.
