Description

Unit used for the accurate cleaning of the frozen: berries, currants, wild lilac etc. after the destalking process. The temperature for the process should be low (minus 15- 23)°C. Product which is passed to the input tank is dosed by lifting damper, adequate rotation speed should be set (using inverter) for the polishing section (shaft length 3000 mm with screw segments and roller brushes placed in cylindrical sieve with longitudinal holes). Product is passed along the sieve and grazed between itself and the surface of the sieve. Screw sections are moving the product, brush sections are polishing it. All wastes are falling down through the sieve to bath tank – gutter, which is placed along the polishing section – sieves. Cleaned product is passed to output with closure (option with bag holder). Along the sieves are mounted covers which don't let to loose temperature and are directing wastes to the batch tank.
