Description

WASHING SOFT FRUITS Soft fruits washing system with the air-water washer and the brush washer. Especially recommended to the strawberry, cherry, tomatoes. Washed using water whirl where the product is initially washed in batch with the water from the close circuit. After this process product is passing through the sieve and then sprinkled with the fresh water. Impurities are filtrated on the special slotted sieve and then thrown out of the unit. Washing system to clean berries and other fruits with similar size. Fan cleaner system is removing most of the impurities from the product. Air-water washer with the water whirl, the prewash with water from the close circuit. Behind the washer can be set the inspection conveyor with the fan making product dry. System to: wash, inspection, passing to the freezing tunnel. Washing using the air-water washers. In the picture from the left - washer cleaning the product in batch with the water from the close circuit. After this process product is transported on perforated belt and washed in the thin water layer and on the exit sprinkled with the fresh water. System to: passing product to the washer, washing, inspection, drying. In the picture you can see the elevator which is passing the product, air-water washer, inspection conveyor and drying unit (fan mounted under the inspection belt and fan on the additional vibration conveyor where product is passed on the vibrating slotted sieve in the air flow).
