Positioning on box on belt under discharge basket is automatic (in the picture is shown version with: buffer transporter for manual card box placing. automatic positioner of card box, shaker, check weight, buffer transporter for manual card box sealing). WEIGHING BAGS 25kG Set only for bags (pick up transporter + check weight + sewing with the transporter and device to lay down bag on the transporter + transporter moving product to the metal detector). When weighing machine gives signal, employee removes bag from weighing machine discharge. After a moment pick up transporter and control weight rollers turns on. Bag moves automatically and stops when optical sensor receives signal. If bag weight is in its norm, bag starts to move in sewing direction. Employee task is to place bag in sewer arms. When optical sensor from the sewer receives signal, sewer starts to work and in the and cuts the thread. Further bag is laying down on transporter and moved to metal detector.
