Universal Laser Systems presents ILS12.75, which is their widest and most flexible platform. This has been specifically developed for manufacturing environments. It is suitable for a variety of applications such as prototyping and automated manufacturing. ILS12.75 has a wide material processing envelope with dimensions of 48" x 24" x 12", 13,824 in3 (1219 x 610 x 305 mm, 226,795 cm3). The ILS12.75 includes Universal's pass-through feature. This feature allows opening of both side doors for processing materials with unlimited length. Universal's ILS platform is also the world's only CO2 laser system, which is convertible between CDRH Class 1 and CDRH Class 4. ILS12.75 features dual laser compatibility. It offers processing power range of between 10 watts, with Universal's smallest laser cartridge, to 150 watts with Universal's two 75-watt lasers. The ILS12.75 has huge processing power. This enables it to work as an independent production device. At the same time, it can also be combined with an automated assembly line.
