Unterschütz's scope of supply and services includes all machines and equipment necessary for the extrusion process: • Billet machining by lathe or scalper • Cutting the billets to length using a circular or band saw • Billet furnace with manipulator and saw • Extrusion press • run out system with air and water cooling, double puller, hot saw, cooling bed with 0-person stretcher, finishing saw, automatic destacking • Basket handling • Aging furnace With over 25 years of experience in the aluminium industry, we are happy to support you in the modernisation or complete new construction of your extrusion plant.
