Wall mounted stable welding smoke filter units are designed for the use at fixed welding workingplaces, in welding cabins and training shops. It can be easily mounted to the wall or a pillar or a console. These units are equipped with cartridge filter. It operates as based on surface filtration principle. Filter is covered by a special material and thus the dusts are captured before they are entering into the filter. This filtration system is ideal solution for welding smoke extraction. Cleaning of the cartridge filter is available by compressed air as automatically. Compressed air is homogeneously blown through of rotating nozzles inside the cartridge filter. The accumulated dusts on the filter medium are seperated out and collected in reservoir. Including cleanable cartridge filter, 5 m electric cable with plug, motor protection switch, digital actuation. Silencer and activated carbon filter is optional. 2 m, 3 m, 4 m UAS Acrobat Exhaust Arms can be equipped to UAS Wall Type Automatic Cleaning Filter Units. Further, it can be extended to 10 m length through of UAS Akrobat Arm Crane. Acrobat Exhaust Arms are constructed with a 360° rotatable self-carrier carcase and chimneyhood with air-control damper. Acrobat Exhaust Arms can be brought in to any position which can be kept without any additional support. The supporting carcase is inside very flexible UAS FORTE ANTISTATIC hose with a diameter of 150 mm resistent to temperature and abrasion.
