The Model CCX-D consistently offers various different types of cuts such as New grating options, oval shreds, full shreds, V Shreds, flat V shreds, Crescent sheds etc. This U.S.D.A., Dairy Division accepted model has contact parts as well as cutting chamber, infeed hopper, impeller and cutting head that are extremely polished to Ra32 or higher U.S.D.A guidelines. The sheet metal access panels are firmly attached preventing its removal from machine and thereby lowers cleaning cycle time and risk of panel damage. The swing away infeed hopper allows sanitation and simple maintenance. It has a completely enclosed 5 or 10 HP (3.7 or 7.5 kW) motor.
