The CKG Model is a sharpener developed by Urschel Laboratories. It is mainly used to place the best possible cutting edge on circular knives. The standard machine can also sharpen both standard and heavy duty types of 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 inch circular knives used on Urschel machines.
