Description
The VSC Segment Cutter was designed for use in the food industry for the production of segments, slabs and square or rectangular strips out of a wide range of foods. It features a variable speed drive, hinged access panel and a fast changeover of cutting heads, making it suitable for slicing, dicing and similar cutting applications. This unit can be fitted with 3" (76 mm) or 4" (102 mm) cutting parts, suitable for the input products of same size. It was designed for simple and easy maintenance and cleaning and offers non-stop uninterrupted operation.
