Description

Please Note you can specify and order your pressure gauge in our webshop https://store.ametekstc.com/categories/pressure-measurement/pressure-transmitters-transducers.html Our model 831 is an explosion-proof fixed-range pressure sensor available in differential, low-power, or standard pressure versions. The Model 831 pressure transmitter is the most durable, accurate, and cost-effective fixed-range transmitter with an all-welded 316 stainless steel construction and wetted parts. Known for years of stable performance in even the most challenging environmental and corrosive media conditions. This transmitter is weatherproof and capable of a direct spray with forces up to 200 psi without internal leakage. The 831 is available in pressure ranges from 6 psi to 5000 psi or differential 6 psid to 500 psid. The accuracy of the Standard and Low Power units is ± 0.3% full scale including linearity (BFSL), and the Differential unit is ± 0.5% full scale including linearity (BFSL). The small size and light weight of the Model 831 transmitter eliminate the need for complicated mounting hardware and mechanical supports, reducing installation time. The in-line connection permits simple field wiring without additional hardware, adding to speed and ease of installation. The Standard and Differential versions are available with 4-20 mA output, and the Low Power version is available with an input of 8-14 VDC or 6-14 VDC with an output of either 1-5 VDC or 0.8-3.2 VDC. The combination of the low power requirement, small size, excellent performance and low price make the Model 831 Low Power Transmitter ideal for critical outdoor applications that run on battery or solar power.
