AMETEK’s Model 575 NSF-approved submersible level transmitter is an intrinsically safe hydrostatic level product for quick, reliable level measurement. NSF stands for National Sanitation Foundation, and this sensor is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61: Drinking Water System Components Certification. This approval is critical in water treatment systems to protect the health of their customers.
The Model 575 NSF comes standard with CSA intrinsically Safe approval for many different level monitoring needs, including municipal water treatment, potable water storage, wells, farm fisheries, livestock tanks, and many others.
The Model 575 NSF indicates level by continuously measuring hydrostatic level pressure via its sensing element and transmitting a 4-20 mA signal. This design provides excellent linearity and repeatability, low hysteresis, and long-term stability. The unit is simple to install - just lower the transmitter into the tank, well or vessel, wire it up, and you are good to go. The 575 NSF has eight approved measuring ranges from 0-14 feet (6 psi) through 0-690 feel (300 psi).
The 575 NSF rated submersible level transmitters have a 316 Stainless Steel housing and comes with a standard nylon snub nose (optional 316 SST snubnose available) and 316 Stainless Steel diaphragm. The cable is polyurethane.
The 575 NSF rated submersible level transmitters is manufactured in the USA, at our Horsham, PA plant.
