Plastic film bag agglomerator

Agglomeration Machines are used for drying and densifying moist plastics by heat which generated with the friction of high speed rotating blades. They can be used for size reduction besides drying and densifying. Blade design and tank diameter is designed according to material to be processed and capacity. Blades are made of special alloy steel according to the type of plastic. Tank can be made of AISI 304 stainless steel or carbon steel. Improved housing design lead to easy access to bearings and belts which reduces maintenance period.
