The U/EL series axial fans are designed to solve problems regarding aeration or the venting of stale air at temperatures of up to a maximum 50°C. They are used in all the civil and industrial applications that need to move large volumes of air. The square frames, fitted with conveying cone, are made of pressed or welded steel sheet and are equipped with protection grid. The six-blade steel sheet impellers have been carefully balanced, both statically and dynamically, and are connected directly to the motor shaft. The special design ensures low noise. In addition, except for models 253 and 303, the normal airflow from motor to impeller can be inverted by simply inverting the motor rotation and without any significant decrease in performance. The motors are asynchronous, three-phase or single-phase, 4 or 6 poles, B5, self-ventilated, designed for continuous service and are UNEL and IEC compliant (except for models U/EL 253 and U/EL 303).
