Horizontal lifting of up to 1,000 kg with 6 suction pads for variable transport goods. The H-6Q series of the Red Line offers a perfect solution for lifting loads up to a format of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm. Their systems with 6 suction pads, cross beams and sealing rings made of highest quality rubber, offer smooth, horizontal transport outdoors or indoors even with large and bulky loads. With lever valves, cable control, buttons or radio, as well as system configurations, the VacuLifters of the H-6Q series are easy and flexible to operate and control full safety even in the event of a power failure. The VacuLifter® H-6Q-1000 is available with a variety of optional extensions such as a suction cup shut-off via a manual valve, an exchange set, a transport trolley, water separator, Ergo-Flex handle as well as a folding or forklift traverse, automatic cycle switch-off, cable remote control incl. holder, foldable parking supports - or also in a 400 V version. Like all systems of the Red-Line, this system is also optionally available with pneumatic equipment in the Blue-Line. Change set The interchangeable set enables different suction pads and compact truss units to be connected via a pin connector and a vacuum quick-release coupling. The suction pad can be replaced quickly and easily without having to separate the VacuLifter from the crane hook. The exchange set is available for loads up to 300 kg. For higher load capacities only available on request. Transport trolley The rollable transport trolley ensures maximum mobility. The free-standing loading area, where the suction pads float freely during transport, protect the suction pad seals (sealing rings).
