The pneumatic systems of the H-2 series are suitable for the horizontal transport of a wide variety of materials and shapes, both indoors and outdoors. The system uses two suction cups that are coated with a high-quality rubber to protect the transport loads from scratches or damage. It is not only the safety of the materials that is important to the VacuLifters from Red Line in the foreground, but above all the ingenious game with the forces of physics. The optical and acoustic warning system ensures that there are no risks even in the event of a pressure drop. Thanks to flexible system configurations and lever valves, button control, simple and purpose-tailored operation is possible at any time and, like all VacuLifter®, the systems in this line are characterised by their durability and high quality. The VacuLifter® H-2-150 P is available with a variety of optional extensions such as an exchange set, a transport trolley, water separator, Ergo-Flex handle or a forklift traverse, fold-up parking supports. Like all systems in the Blue-Line, this system is also optionally available with the electrical equipment in the Red-Line. Change set The interchangeable set enables different suction pads and compact truss units to be connected via a pin connector and a vacuum quick-release coupling. The suction pad can be replaced quickly and easily without having to separate the VacuLifter from the crane hook. The exchange set is available for loads up to 300 kg. For higher load capacities only available on request. Transport trolley The rollable transport trolley ensures maximum mobility.
