The Colourblend range of dispensers are available in 18, 32 or 36 ingredient configurations and are capable of dispensing batch sizes ranging from 20 € 400kg (40 € 800 lbs) depending on scale supplied. The systems are high end solutions that fulfil the demand for speed, accuracy, repeatability and reliability required in high volume applications whether for solvent or water based ink or coatings. All formulations are stored within the Inovex IPM Software supplied with the system, this enables subsequent blends to be accurately and repeatedly dispensed. By utilizing an on-site ink dispensing facility the printer has greater flexibility in production schedules ensuring maximum press uptime. The system dispenses spot colours in under 4 minutes and is typically installed in water, solvent & UV based Flexo, Gravure & Screen printing operations. The system is equally at home in paint dispensing processes. The systems size, speed and fluid systems lends itself to in-can tinting.
