Description

The Raptor CNC pantograph is the largest of the hobby series, created to meet the hobbyist / semi-professional market who needs a robust, reliable and large-sized pantograph - 3-axis milling machine. With a working area of 900x600x100 it also allows the assembly of the following accessories: fourth axis, cutting heads. Accuracy is ensured not only by quality but also by the products used strictly made in Italy. This type of cnc pantographs not only has extremely high performance but also has an Italian production control electronics in its kit. • Connections with PC - Standard USB port • Connections with PC - Optional Ethernet A pantograph with numerical control or CNC (computer numerical control), is a machine controlled by a computer that controls its movements through a work program, the so-called CAD / CAM. The computer can be either integrated in the control box of the machine or external to it. The motors that make up the cnc pantograph are moved on the basis of parameters controlled by the internal circuits. These circuits allow the vertical motor of the cnc pantograph, called electro spindle and equipped with a tool, to perform machining on different materials depending on the work to be done. So with Cnc Pantographs you can perform simple and complex machining on different types of material; you can make incisions and cuts of shapes but also sculptures and bas-reliefs on materials such as wood, brass, marble, stones, aluminum and plexiglass. The most common numerical control machines are those with three interpolated axes and marked with movements: X, Y and Z.
