Automatic palletising system

The palletizer system is designed for the automatic loading of bumps into carts. After the bumps are ejected from the bumps press, the palletizer gripper picks up the bump and place it into a cart. Only the manipulation of the carts (inserting empty carts /removing full carts) is done by the operator. Also the transfer from the carts between palletizer and baling press can be automated. Depending on the bump dimensions, the palletizer system can be designed for other configurations (# bumps /layer) and more loading positions.
