A speech sorting system is a system where each sorter has a microphone and uses their voice to define the category of a sorted item. Each sorted item is thrown on a small conveyor next to them, where the control system takes over and transports the item over a long conveyor belt and blows off the item into the correct evacuation position.
The big advantage is that the number of sorted items is practically unlimited and only limited by what a sorter can recognize. The voice software is adapted to each language and dialect.
