KTM-Series workstations are ready to operate (Plug-n-Play) downdraft and backdraft tables which are designed specifically for fume and dust extraction and collection of welding and grinding applications. High filtration efficiency with Dust Class: M certified acc. to DIN EN 60335-2-69 standard polyester non-woven and PTFE membrane filter elements for grinding and welding applications. Ideal working condition for operator with both down and back draft air suction. Fully adjustable Air suction balance between down and back draft by 0-100%. Integrated spark separator and first stage DIN EN 779 G3 aluminum mesh prefilter ensure minimum fire risk against sparks and hot particles. Fully integrated and internal electrical connection and control panel ensure high operational safety against external effects. Special design backdraft inlet traps big fast particles without bouncing and protects operator during grinding operations. With High filtration efficiency with Dust Class: M certified filter elements, the filtered air is returned to inside which prevents heat and energy loses. Semi-automatic jet-pulse cleaning prevents excessive pressured air usage and saves energy.
